Genika is a wellness platform that analyzes your raw genetic data file to provide personalized nutrition and supplement recommendations based on published scientific research. Genika is not a medical service, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional medical consultation. Genika is not a medical device. Genika does not perform genetic diagnostics of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Genika. By uploading your data and creating an account you confirm that the genetic data you upload belongs to you.
Everything Genika provides is for informational and wellness purposes only. Nothing in your report constitutes a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or medical opinion. Genika is explicitly not a diagnostic tool and must not be used as one. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on your Genika report. Before making any changes to your diet, supplement routine, or lifestyle based on your results, you must consult a qualified healthcare professional. Genika strongly encourages all users to discuss their results with a doctor or registered dietitian before acting on any recommendation.
You own your genetic data. By uploading it to Genika you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your report. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it for any purpose beyond delivering your results. Your data is stored securely and deleted permanently within 30 days of account deletion.
You are fully and solely responsible for how you interpret and act on your results. Genika provides information, not instructions. Supplement and dietary choices are your own decision and your own responsibility. By using Genika you acknowledge that you have read these terms, understand that this is not a medical service, and accept full responsibility for any actions taken based on your report.
Subscriptions are charged at €19.99 per month. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. If you have a problem with your report, contact us before requesting a refund.
The Genika platform, brand, SNP database, and report format are our intellectual property. Your report is yours to keep and use personally. You may not resell, republish, or commercially exploit your report or any part of the Genika platform.
Genika is provided as is. We are not liable for any decisions made based on your report, any supplement purchases, or any outcomes related to dietary or lifestyle changes you make following your results. We are not liable for any health outcomes, adverse reactions, or consequences of any kind resulting from actions taken based on Genika reports. Our total liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the country where you are based as a consumer, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of Genika after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
